We service the tri-county area of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Appraisals range from major industrial, office and shopping center properties, incorporating lease-by-lease cash flow analysis, to small, owner-occupied office and warehouse condominiums. We maintain a large data bank of confirmed sales and rental information as well as constantly updated market overviews of the industrial, office, shopping center, and apartment markets.
